Chartered Physiotherapist and a Director of Tring Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic.

As well as treating musculo skeletal and sports injuries I have a special interest in the treatment of chronic pain syndromes, fibromyalgia, fascial dysfunction, and headaches. I am extremely interested in our fascial system, in the way it plays such an important role in our body’s well being and how myofascial Release techniques can have such a profound effect on helping to restore balance and harmonious movement to our systems.

I work closely with our Pilates colleagues at the Tring Pilates studio and am currently teaching anatomy and medical conditions on the Pilates instructors course.

I consider myself very fortunate to be part of such a great team. I love my role as a clinician and educator and to still do what I trained to do so many years ago!
