WHAT IS PHYSIOTHERAPY?

Physiotherapy is a multi-faceted science-based health profession.

Chartered Physiotherapists are trained to assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal problems associated with the spine.. These can include: amputations, burns, cardiac and respiratory conditions, neurological conditions (e. g. strokes, MS, Parkinson’s), paediatrics, orthopaedics and veterinary medicine.

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

We are all specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapists, with extensive hospital in and out-patient experience.

Physiotherapy has a vital role in helping with pain relief, healing and rehabilitation. We aim to find the cause of the pain and injury rather than just treat the symptoms and equally important – promotion of injury prevention as well as just curing the problem.

We can offer a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for your problem, whether it is non-sporting or sporting in origin. Our aim is:

• Rapid pain relief
• Increased range of movement
• Improved posture
• Increased strength and endurance
• Improved reactions
• Speedy post- operative recovery
• Improved quality of life

Active self-management is a vital part of our overall treatment.
